Intel

Tags

Tags are short labels on a citizen or org — the same idea as folders, except they sit on the person, not in a file cabinet.

What they are for

A tag is a one- or two-word marker: “pilot”, “contractor”, “avoid”, “ally”. They are meant to be scanned in a list, not to tell the whole story. Put the story in a note or a contact report.

Personal vs organization tags

Your personal tags are private. They never go out with a shared note. Organization tags are what an org’s tools (rank-gated) attach for members who choose to see org intel. In Settings → Prefs you can hide org tags if they clutter the profile.

How to add one

  1. Open the profile. Sign in.
  2. Find tags beside the name / intel tools.
  3. Type a label and save. Remove it the same way.

  1. Keep the vocabulary small so your future self can filter on it.
  2. Org tags (if you belong to an org that uses them) appear next to yours unless you hide them in Prefs.
